Uma works directly with the tribal community as a program coordinator. She leads the girls’ education and leadership portfolio in her current role. She believes in equity and is deeply engaged on issues related to gender and sexuality. Uma has a social work degree and hands-on experience of Wen-lido and girls collectivization work.
