Umair is deeply committed to working on the sexual and reproductive health of youth. He serves as president of the School of Leadership Foundation, which works side-by-side with the for-profit School of Leadership where Umair is a Master Facilitator. Specializing in work with youth in motivational workshop settings and trainings, he serves as a lead trainer and facilitator to Marie Stopes, UNICEF, and the World Population Fund, among others. Umair aspires to write a book on leadership, culture, and religion in Pakistan.

The project reaches hundreds of youth by incorporating a sexual and reproductive health and rights component to Pakistan’s Young Leaders Conference. Population Simulation also provides seed grants for youth groups to implement small social enterprise projects.
