Program Officer, Women Challenged to Challenge

Vera Robi is a disability rights and SRHR advocate dedicated to inclusive development. As Program Officer at Women Challenged to Challenge, she leads projects that advance the rights of women and girls with disabilities and champions access to disability-friendly health services. Vera holds a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is pursuing a Master’s in Project Planning and Management at the University of Nairobi. She is an alumna of the Professional Fellows Program on Inclusive Civic Engagement and has served in advisory roles at Wokovu Way Organisation and Msichana Empowerment Kuria. Vera envisions a world free from discrimination and violence, where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of gender or ability.
