Women Connect Initiative
Victor is the Co-Director and Communications Manager at Women Connect Initiative (WCI), a women-led non-governmental organization based in Zaira, Kaduna State, Nigeria. He coordinates all education-focused programs aimed at using alternate communication approaches to educate rural girls and women through techniques such as Drama-in-Education (DiE) and Theatre-for-Development (TfD) methodologies. Victor has eight years of experience in community engagement and currently teaches Drama and Film Production at the Department of Theatre and Performing Arts at Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria. He is an Ashoka Scholar, a DESPLAY Africa fellow, and the incumbent President of Stand Against Violent Extremism (SAVE) with the World Network, Ghana. He is dedicated to advancing women’s and girls’ education in order to advance the nation.
