William is the Project Leader of LIYO, where he coordinates, promotes and lobbies for girls’ participation in decision-making processes. He also equips women and girls with information on SRH issues and gender rights. William started his career working with youth in 2005, where he advocated for youth inclusion in key decision-making processes that impact their lives. He currently sits as the National Youth Network Chairperson in Malawi, a Human Rights Defender for Young Girls and a HeForShe Champion promoting women’s and girls’ rights.
