Yair is a collaborator at Santa María de Lourdes (SAMALOU), an organization that develops public policies for women’s equal access to decision making. Yair has ample experience in public service in the state of San Luis Potosi, and he specializes in designing methodology, strategies, and actions for preventing gender-based and sexual violence. He is an expert facilitator on health issues and violence prevention from a gender perspective. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in public health.
