Zione is the Senior Project Officer at CRECCOM responsible for coordinating programs that improve retention and tradition for adolescent girls in schools in Thyolo District. Her background includes over six years working with and in non-governmental organizations and almost three years serving as a teacher at a secondary school in Malawi. Her skills include project planning and implementation, public and private partnership, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy and networking. Zione holds a Bachelors of Education degree and various certificates including a certificate in leadership, advocacy and project cycle management.
