Zodwa NaMphephethe Latola is the Founder and Programme Director of Break-Through Centre, a community-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents, youth, women, and vulnerable families. With extensive experience in social development and community services, she leads initiatives that address systemic barriers and promote safe, empowering environments. Her work focuses on advancing social justice and equity by enabling individuals to access opportunities, exercise their rights, and build resilience.

Zodwa has also served as a Project Manager within broader civil society structures, with Break-Through Centre acting as a host organization in collaborative sector initiatives. She is committed to strengthening community systems and creating sustainable pathways for development.
